What to Expect

We are looking to provide you with a great experience! Once you’ve scheduled with us online, you’ll be added directly into our calendar. A notary will arrive at the designated place of your choosing! Our San Diego notary experts come with years of experience and thousands of transactions behind them.

We will assess the documents according to notary protocol to affirm that you’ll have successful processing and a protected transaction. We’ll take your ID information, you’ll sign any paperwork and the our notarial journal. Just like that, notary service can often be done in as little as 5 minutes depending on the dynamics of the situation.

Our role as notary is to deter fraud. We identify signers, affirm willingness, and assess that that a situation is on the up and up. We do this to protect the document signer’s intentions and ultimately the transaction. We are not attorneys or representatives of any industry.  We cannot give legal advice, provide document answers, or draft paperwork, as we are not attorneys. It is best to be in contact with the document’s receiving agency, a qualified industry professional, or an attorney for answers concerning your paperwork.

We do look forward to providing you our services with excellence as your San Diego Notary!
