We are able to print large document sets for your convenience. Note: Printing is often included as a courtesy and convenience for your transaction when documents are sent 24 hours in advance.

We have high capacity scanning capabilities to return document packages back to you quickly. Note: If 10 pages or less, scanning is often included as a courtesy at no cost.

Additional Staff Witness for Wills $75+
We supply additional staff witnesses for Wills. These are trusted individuals to serve as witness for the future protection of your documents. They will travel to the signing location to meet with signers alongside the notary. Note: Typically, the notary may serve as the first witness at no cost.

We can coordinate and setup overnight delivery services to get documents to the appropriate receiving agencies.

We can coordinate and setup overnight services or mailing of your documents to their destinations.

Do you have an envelope and packing slip for your documents? We'll save you time and have the documents tendered to the local courier or box before the next pick-up.

In high traffic hours, there is additional travel time between our scheduled appointments. We are glad to send notaries out during this time to meet your transaction's needs.

We visit San Diego's Detention Facilities often. Included: 25 pages of document printing, travel, entry into detention facility, 1 hour of meeting time, up to 3 notarized documents, and documents mailed back. We are unable to provide or draft documents or powers of attorney. See FAQ page to learn more.

We will follow notary protocol to verify the authenticity of the documents, ensuring a secure transaction for you. You’ll provide your ID information, sign the necessary paperwork, and our notarial journal. Typically, the entire process can be completed in as little as 5 minutes, depending on the situation.
As notaries, our role is to prevent fraud. We verify the identity of the signers, confirm their willingness, and ensure the legality of the situation. This protects the intentions of the signer and the transaction itself. Please note that we are not attorneys and cannot provide legal advice, document answers, or draft paperwork.
